Dear Heart, Guide Me To The Moon And Back

What is the point of living

if we don't have the courage to be who we really are?

To dive, go into the deep adventures inside ourselves.

To find out what we truly love,

what we really desire.

To find out what makes us sad or angry.

Is there anything greater than to go back

and find out what really hurt you in the past.

What made you think that you are not

good enough.

To find out why you think that there's no point to dream.

Why you don't let people inside.

Isn't it great that we can go back and learn?

We can go back and understand.

We can be healed.

What is the purpose of living if we don't know who

we are deep within?

Whose purpose and dreams are we living then?

Who tells you what to do or how to think?

Who tells you the truth?

And why do you think that someone else could possible

know better than you what is the best for you?

It can be scary to face what was.

But it is still here in every moment if we don't face it.

It is controlling us - especially

 when we think that we have pushed it deep enough.

Deep enough not to remember.

If we don't face the past we can never be

who we really are. 

When we don't face the hidden feelings, thoughts

and desires we are not real.

It's called illusion.

And living in the illusion

is painful.

Year after year the burden of non-faced truths

gets heavier.

The mind is filled with the past,

not able to see what is now or could be.

To have something new, you have to make space within.

Have hope and an open-mindness.

Be curious, brave.

And when you feel the fear let it be

and see how the feeling of love and passion

is even greater.

How it grows step by step and leads you

all the way until the very end.

To the end where everything begins,

where is the true you.

Your greatness.

Your power.

Your light.

Love.

And from there you can rebuilt again.

Based on the truth you found from within.

It is something no one else can tell you.

It is something that can only be seen by your heart, 

your inner sight.

Others might see its reflection from your eyes,

it is the essence of you.

But it can only be found by you.

That will be your guide- you will be your guide.

And how great is that?

To live your purpose, know who you

are and accept and love yourself the way you are?

Isn't it how it's supposed to be?

That you live your life,

fulfill your dreams and trust yourself.

After all,

it is your life.

So live it.
